Membership Terms & Conditions - 

"Membership understands that the rights of membership, including the right to identification and access to exclusive events and amenities, are contingent upon adherence to the guidelines set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation or suspension of membership privileges without refund.

  1. Membership Rights and Privileges. Upon acceptance of the membership application and payment of the applicable fees, the Member shall be entitled to the following rights and privileges:

    a. Access to exclusive events, performances, and facilities hosted or provided by CLUB at SOWAL House. b. Use of designated amenities and services offered by CLUB at SOWAL House, subject to availability and reservation policies. c. Receipt of periodic communications, newsletters, or updates regarding club events, offerings, and member-exclusive opportunities.

  2. Membership Fees and Payment. The Member agrees to pay the prescribed membership fees as outlined in the membership application or communicated by CLUB at SOWAL House. Payment shall be made in accordance with the specified schedule and method provided by the club. Failure to remit dues may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.

  3. Conduct and Responsibilities. Member agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while availing themselves of the club's facilities and attending events. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership at the discretion of CLUB at SOWAL House.

  4. Termination or Suspension of Membership. CLUB at SOWAL House reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member's membership for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the club management. In such cases, membership fees are non-refundable.

  5. Amendments to Terms and Conditions. CLUB at SOWAL House reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of membership privileges following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

By accepting these Membership Terms and Conditions, the Member acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to abide by all provisions outlined herein.
